1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdbaje platform and its users ("members"). By accessing the website https://bdbaje.cam or using any of its services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

• bdbaje is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to Bangladeshi users.
• By using the platform, you fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• If you do not understand or cannot accept any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
• bdbaje reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3. Account Registration and Management

The following rules apply to creating and using an account on the bdbaje platform:

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• All information provided at registration (name, date of birth, mobile number, email) must be kept completely accurate and up to date.
• Account login details (username and password) must always be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the bdbaje support team immediately.
• No account may be transferred, sold, or rented to another person.
• Payments or withdrawals cannot be made in the name of a person other than the registered account holder.
• As part of account verification, a copy of a National ID (NID) or passport may be requested.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on the bdbaje platform:

1. Deposit Methods: Funds can be deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for each withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
4. Withdrawal Time: Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
5. Identity Verification: bdbaje reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request.
6. Same Identity: The deposit and withdrawal method must be registered in the same person's name.
7. Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
8. Delays or Rejection: bdbaje may delay or reject a transaction in cases of suspected fraud or incomplete information.
9. Additional Fees: The payment service provider's own transaction fees may apply, and the member is responsible for those.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers at bdbaje are governed by the following general terms. Specific promotions may have separate conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus on the first deposit is available up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a 15x wagering requirement. This must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has a specific period of use. Bonuses that are not used within the set time may be cancelled.
• Multiple Bonuses: More than one bonus cannot be claimed at the same time unless a specific promotion allows it.
• Bonus Abuse: If multiple accounts are created or any other dishonest means are used to obtain bonuses, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Bonus Withdrawal: bdbaje reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP Program: Cashback benefits are available across three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Progression to the next level depends on the member's activity.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to the conduct of sports betting and casino gaming on bdbaje:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bdbaje approves it under special circumstances.
• If incorrect odds or incorrect payouts are given due to a technical error, bdbaje reserves the right to correct them in line with the accurate calculation.
• If fraud, match fixing, or unusual events are suspected in any match or event, bdbaje may suspend or cancel the related bet.
• The data from bdbaje's system will be considered final in determining game results.
• If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a network issue or device failure, bdbaje will make a decision according to its own policy.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) on the same event from different accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Knowingly exploiting any game bug or software error is prohibited, and any winnings obtained as a result will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbaje platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Hacking the platform's software or introducing viruses or malware.
• Using bots or automated software to conduct betting or gaming.
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively towards others through the platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about bdbaje.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error in a game or betting system.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account, and the balance may be confiscated.

8. Limitation of Liability

bdbaje bears no responsibility for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or losses caused by issues with third-party services (payment service providers).
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruption due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, pandemic).
• Service being stopped or altered under the direction of a government or regulatory authority.
• Any problems or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the member.

bdbaje's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

bdbaje may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If documents required for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If there is suspected violation of anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing regulations.
• If evidence is found that the same person is operating multiple accounts.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (inactive account).

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may contact the support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method before the account is closed.

10. Responsible Gaming

bdbaje believes that online gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a cause of financial difficulty.

• Only persons aged 21 or above may use bdbaje.
• Members can contact the support team to set deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion.
